However, organizations handle this differently, so you will need to inform the organization or private finder about who will be collecting the item on your behalf. You can do this by sending a message through the chat window in your item claimoverview. Afterward, you can arrange a pickup appointment.
Make sure to provide the person picking up your item with your personal item number, which you received in the matching email.
