We are delighted your item has been found. Of course, it is possible that you are unable to collect your property personally from the finder or organisation. This is no problem at all. You can always have your item collected by someone else.
However, organisations deal with this differently. You should therefore inform the organisation or private finder about who will collect your item on your behalf. You can do this by sending a message via the chat window with your claim. You then make an appointment to collect the item.
Do not forget to give your personal item number, which you received in the match e-mail, to the person who will pick up your item.
