If you have been identified as the owner by the organization, you will have received confirmation via the email address with which you placed the claim. In that confirmation email you will find a blue button which will show further instructions to get back your item.

After the payment of the delivery costs you will receive a confirmation email with an invoice included. By completing the payment your shipment request is automatically created.
I would like to have my item shipped abroad
With iLost it is possible to have your item shipped everywhere in the world, since we are working together with international courier services. When you would like to have your item shipped internationally, costs will differ per country. Change the delivery setting to the desired destination country and fill in your address details.
*Some countries impose import fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide details on these costs in advance. For any questions, please reach out to your country's customs office.
I have paid for the delivery, what is happening now?
Your item will be packed and picked up by the courier on the next working day. When your package is picked up by the courier you will receive a track & trace code via email. With the track & trace code you are able to follow the delivery of your package. From the moment you have received the track and trace code, it may take another 1 to 2 business days before it is active.
