You should have received a confirmation that you are the legitimate owner of the found item! In that confirmation email you will find a blue button which will show further instructions to get back your item.

After the payment of the delivery costs you will receive a confirmation email with an invoice included. By completing the payment your shipment request is automatically created.
I would like to have my item shipped abroad.
With iLost it is possible to have your item shipped everywhere in the world, since we are working together with international courier services. When you would like to have your item shipped internationally, costs will differ per country. Change the delivery setting to the desired destination country and fill in your address details.
I have paid for the delivery, what is happening now?
Your item will be packed and picked up by the courier on the next working day. When your package is picked up by the courier you will receive a track & trace via email, which will be sent by the finder. With the track & trace you are able to follow the delivery of your package. From the moment you have received the track and trace, it may take another 1 to 2 business days before it is active.
