Courier services pick up and deliver packages from Monday to Friday. Once your package is picked up, you will receive a tracking number via email. The tracking number will become active once the package is scanned at the courier's depot. After activation, you can track the progress of your delivery. For domestic shipments, you can expect your package to arrive within 1-2 working days after receiving the tracking number. If the package is being delivered internationally, it may take 3-5 working days, depending on the destination. Continental shipments can take up to 10 working days.
In some cases, your package may not be ready for shipment in time, meaning it couldn’t be picked up by the courier. It’s also possible that the courier didn’t show up. Rest assured, we closely monitor all scheduled shipments and take proactive steps to prevent delays.
If you made your payment on a Friday, your package will be picked up on Monday. You will receive the tracking number on Monday afternoon, and it will become active on Tuesday morning. If the organization is only open on weekdays, there might be a one-day delay if the package wasn’t prepared in time.
If you made your payment on a Saturday or Sunday, your package will be picked up on Tuesday, and you will receive the tracking number on Tuesday afternoon. It will become active on Wednesday morning.
If you paid two working days ago and still haven’t received your tracking number, we apologize for the delay. We closely monitor all planned shipments, and we’ve likely already noticed the delay and taken steps to minimize it as much as possible.
