Courier services pick up packages and deliver packages from Mondays to Fridays. When your package is picked up by the courier you will receive a track & trace via email. The track & trace will be activated once the package is scanned at the carriers depot. Once it is activated, you will be able to follow the delivery of your package. From the moment you received the track & trace, you can expect to receive your package within 1-2 working days (domestic shipping). Do you have your package delivered abroad? This will take 3-5 working days, depending on its destination.
Unfortunately, it can happen that your package was not prepared for shipment on time, so it could not be picked up by the courier. It is also possible that the courier did not show up. But no worries. We keep a strict eye on all the planned shipments and we take action to prevent any delays.
Did you complete your payment on a Friday?
Your package will be picked up on Monday. This means that you will receive a track & trace on Monday afternoon which will become active on Tuesday morning. Is the organisation only open during weekdays? Your delivery could be delayed with one day if the organisation did not prepare your package on time.

Your package will be picked up on Tuesday. This means you will receive a track & trace on Tuesday afternoon which will become active on Wednesday morning.
I paid two working days ago, but I still have not received my track & trace.
We very much regret your shipment is delayed. However, since we monitor all planned shipments, we probably already noticed the delay and have taken action to minimise it as much as possible.
