When the finder confirms that you are the rightful owner of the found item, you will receive an email about it. In this email you will find a blue button that will display further instructions on how to get your item back.
Depending on the organisation you can pick up your lost item and/or have it delivered with a courier service. When you choose the “Pick up” option, you will be able to plan a pick up and address details will be shown. When you choose the "Delivery" option you will be able to apply for a shipment and a payment can be done.
When the option for pick up isn’t shown, it is not possible to pick up your lost item. When the option for delivery isn't shown, it is not possible to have your item shipped.
