When the founder confirmed that you are the legitimate owner of the lost item, you will receive a confirmation via email. In this email you’ll find a button (example below) which will show further instructions to get back your item.
Depending on the organisation you can pick up your lost item or have it delivered with a courier service. When you click on the button “Pick up”, the address details and opening hours will be shown.
When the option for pick up isn’t shown, it isn’t possible to pick up your lost item.
