Once you have received a track & trace code, you can be sure that your package is on its way to the specified delivery address. The finder will then have indicated that your package has been picked up by a courier. Via the track & trace you can follow your parcel.
I have just received the track & trace, but it does not work.
The track & trace only becomes active when the parcel has been scanned at a depot of the courier company. This means that the track & trace is probably not activated at the moment you receive it. This often happens late in the evening or the next morning.
It's been two working days since I received the track & trace code and it still doesn't work.
We would like to ask you to send an e-mail to support@ilost.co.
We will then investigate it immediately!
The track & trace is active, but has had the same status for a few days now.
There are no changes during the weekend. Activities do not become visible again until Mondays. The track & trace will then be updated and the status will be adjusted. Is the track & trace not updated after 3 working days? Please contact us by e-mail and we will find out for you what exactly is going on.
