The courier services pick up packages from Mondays to Fridays and deliver from Mondays to Saturdays. Unfortunately, it can happen that your package was not prepared by the founder on time, so it could not be picked up by the courier. Or that the courier did not showed up at all. We keep a strict eye on all the planned shipments and we take action to prevent any delays.
Did you complete the payment on a Friday?
Your package will be picked up on Monday. This means that you will receive a track & trace in the afternoon which will be activated the next morning (Tuesday). Is the organisation only open during weekdays? Your delivery could be delayed with one day if the organisation did not prepare your package on time.
Did you complete the payment on a Saturday or Sunday?
Your package will be picked up on Tuesday. This means that you will receive a track & trace in the afternoon which will be activated the next morning (Wednesday).
I paid two working days ago, but I still have not received my track & trace?
We really regret the delay of your shipment but do not panic, we are up to date about the status of your package and will inform you about it.
When your package is picked up by the courier you will receive a track & trace via email, which will be send by the founder. The track & trace will be activated when the package is scanned at the depot.. With the track & trace you are able to follow the delivery of your package. From the moment that you received the track & trace, you can expect to receive your package within 1-2 working days (inside the Netherlands). Do you have your package delivered abroad? This will take 3-5 working days, depending on its destination.
