I just received the track and trace but it is not working.
No panic! Your package has been picked up by the courier and the track and trace will be activated when the package is scanned at the depot. This happens the next morning.
Two working days are passed and the track and trace is still not working.
Please contact us and we are going to investigate the status of your package.
The track and trace isn’t changing and has the same status for a few days.
Does the track and trace keeps saying that your package is “In Transit” ? In the weekend no changes will occur since most of the depots and courier services are closed. The track and trace will be updated on Monday. Is the track and trace still not updated after 3 working days? Please contact us and we will verify with the courier where your package is.
