If your shipment is already on its way, it is unfortunately no longer possible to change the shipping address. If the address is wrong, your order will be returned to us as undeliverable. You can follow this via your track & trace. If most of the address is correct (postcode and house number), the shipment will usually be delivered correctly. You can then wait for the planned delivery date. If you do not receive the parcel on the planned delivery date, please send us an e-mail so that we can look into the matter with you and together look for a suitable solution.
