I'm unable to proceed with the payment for a shipment?

Would you like to have your found item delivered but are you unable to proceed to the payment step? There can be several causes:

I have entered my address details, but an error remains?

Have you entered your address details, but do you get an error stating "we could not find any rates for the destination address, please make sure it is correct"? Our shipping module does not recognize the address. Please verify if the address is correct. You may have made an error. Other options to consider: Try making your payment on different devices (PC, phone, tablet), use different internet browsers and ensure that your browser is up to date.

Have you entered your address correctly and are you still unable to proceed to the payment step? Then please contact the iLost customer support team.

The system has recognized my address, but I cannot complete the payment step?

You can pay the delivery costs via several payment methods depending on the destination country.

  • The Netherlands: Ideal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Direct Debit

  • Belgium: Bancontact, Sofort, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal

  • France: Carte Bancaire, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal

  • Germany, Austria, Switzerland: Sofort, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal

  • Rest of the world: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal

If you are still unable to make the payment, we kindly ask you to have someone else book the shipment on your behalf.
