I forgot my password, how can I request a new one?

If you've forgotten your password, you can always request a new one. This can be done through the login window. The following steps explain how:


Step 1: Go to the iLost website and click the button in the top right corner of the page: ''My iLost''.


Step 2: Click on “Forgot password?”


Step 3: Enter your email address and click the blue button “Send reset link.”
A password recovery email will be sent to you immediately. Check your inbox for an email with the subject “iLost password recovery.”


Step 4: Open the password recovery email and click the large blue button.

Step 5: Enter your new password twice. Once you have done so, click the blue button “Save new password.”
Your password will now be changed, and you can log in from the home screen using your email address and new password.
