Expected delivery times of a shipment strongly depend on the organization or honest finder who will prepare your item for shipment. If an organisation works with found items on a daily basis, a shipment booked before 4 p.m. on a working day is usually picked up the next working day. Domestic shipments are then delivered on the following working day*.

No parcels will be delivered or collected on public holidays. Please allow one to two extra days for delivery around public holidays.
