Once you submit a claim, the finder will receive an email with your request. In most cases, they respond within 24 hours, but sometimes it may take a bit longer.
If the Item Was Found by an Organisation
Some organisations are closed during weekends or outside regular office hours. As a result, they may not reply immediately.
If you haven’t received a response within 3 working days, you can send a friendly reminder via the chat window.

If the Item Was Found by a Private Finder
Sometimes items are handed in by honest individuals who register them online to help return them to their rightful owner.
