I entered the wrong shipping address, can it still be corrected?

Shipments are automatically booked to ensure fast delivery times. However, as long as the parcel has not yet been picked up, it is possible to correct the shipping address.

If this is the case, please contact the organization that found the item directly and inform them that there was an incorrect address in the shipping label and that the package should not be handed over to the courier.

Once the organization has confirmed this, we kindly ask you to send an email to iLost customer service ([email protected]) with your item number and a notification that your address is incorrect. We will then cancel your shipment and refund the shipping costs, so you can book a new shipment with the correct delivery address.

If your shipment is already on its way, unfortunately, the shipping address cannot be changed. If the address is incorrect, your order will be returned to us as undeliverable, and you can track this via your tracking number. If most of the address is correct (such as the postcode and house number), the shipment is usually delivered correctly. In that case, you can wait for the scheduled delivery date.

If you do not receive the parcel on the expected delivery date, please email us so we can investigate the issue and work together to find a suitable solution.
