As long as your item has not yet been picked up from the organization where it was found, we can still cancel your shipment. If you wish to cancel your shipment, we recommend informing the organization that found your item as soon as possible. You can forward your request to the organization's Lost and Found team via your claim conversation window, or you can contact the organization's customer service to request the cancellation of your shipment.
If the organization confirms that they will not hand your package over to the courier, please notify iLost customer service by sending an email to: [email protected]
We will then cancel your shipment and refund the shipping costs you paid. Depending on your bank's processing time, the refund will be issued within 1 to 3 working days.
