Once you receive a track & trace code, you can be confident that your package is on its way to the specified delivery address. The finder will have confirmed that the package has been picked up by a courier. You can track the progress of your parcel through the track & trace.
I’ve just received the track & trace, but it’s not working?
The track & trace only becomes active once the parcel has been scanned at the courier’s depot. This means the code might not be activated when you first receive it. It often becomes active later in the evening or the following morning. It may take up to 24 hours for a track & trace code to become active.
It’s been four working days since I received the track & trace code, and it still doesn’t work?
There can be several reasons why the tracking has not yet become active. In most cases, this occurs because the organization that found your item has not yet processed the package for shipment, meaning the courier has not yet picked it up. In this case we recommend sending a message to the organization that found your item via the item claim conversation window.
Please rest assured that the iLost team monitors all scheduled shipments daily to ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible. However, please note that iLost is entirely dependent on the pace at which the organization handling your item proceeds.
The track & trace is active, but the status hasn’t changed for several days?
There are no updates over the weekend, and tracking information is typically updated on Mondays. If the status hasn't changed after four working days, we recommend sending a message to the organization that found your item via the item claim conversation window.
