How to Pick Up Your Item

Once the finder has confirmed that you are the rightful owner, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to collect your item. Here’s what to expect.

What You’ll Receive

You’ll get an email with a blue button labeled “Pick up your item.”
Click this button to view the available collection options.

Collection Options

1. In-Person Pickup

If the finder’s organization offers in-person pickup, you’ll see a “Collect” button. This allows you to:

  • Select a convenient date and time

  • View the pickup location and address

  • Check the opening hours

Please note: Pickup availability (dates, times, and location) is determined by the organization that found your item.

If you don’t see a “Collect” button, in-person pickup is not available.

2. Courier Delivery

If you prefer delivery, click the “Deliver” button to have your item shipped to you.
You’ll receive tracking details by email once your item is on its way.
