Once the finder confirms that you are the rightful owner, you will receive an email. In this email, you’ll see a blue button with instructions on how to reclaim your item. By clicking the button, you will see the available options.
Collection option
Depending on the organization, you may either pick up your item in person, have it delivered by courier, or sometimes both.
If collection is possible, you’ll see a “Collect” button. Clicking it will allow you to select a convenient date and time. You’ll also find the pickup address and opening hours.
If the collection option is not shown, unfortunately the item cannot be picked up directly from the finder.
Delivery option
No time to pick it up? Simply choose the delivery option and have your item sent to you by courier!
